These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Article One ("the App"), operated by Ethan Fox ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Article One delivers a curated daily industry digest sourced from public posts on X (formerly Twitter). We provide one briefing per day, typically in the afternoon, alongside attributed source information.
2. Accounts
You must sign in with Apple to use the App.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Free Tier: You may read up to 3 full digests per calendar month at no cost.
- Monthly Subscription: Unlimited access to all daily digests and the full archive is available for $1.99/month (USD), billed through your Apple ID.
4. Content
All digest content is curated and summarized from publicly available posts on X. We attribute sources and link to original posts.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute digest content without permission.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
